Since we're only about 3 months away here's an update as to where we are:
1) I'm still working on lunch options so that we can have the time to visit-- I think I have this just about finalized.

2) We have the park area for the day so I'm thinking that the coffee pot will be on by 11 am with lunch about 12:30 pm. Sound okay?

3) Still open to suggestions for activities. Please let me know if there's something you're planning or would like to see happen & you're willing to take on. "Many hands make light work." Thank you.

4) I'd appreciate RSVPs by July 15th so that I can finalize the food quantities.

5) Is there anything else that you can think of-- let me know.
